Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Messina Clothing! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy:

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 4-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping Rates and Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates and estimates are $4.95 for any orders under $50 and free shipping for any orders over $50. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: MessinaClothing.net ships to addresses within this U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Please note that once your package has shipped and your shipping confirmation number is generated MessinaClothing.net is no longer liable for the shipping duration, loss or theft of package, damages from shipping, and other issues. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Additionally, please allow between 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. In some instances, it may be longer.
